SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Kraft Illuminations, each lamp is made to order with care and attention to detail. Shipping is handled through FedEx, and the cost is paid by the buyer. Please allow 6 weeks for production and processing before shipping. For local customers in the Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley areas, we offer complimentary hand delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your FedEx order has shipped.
RETURN POLICY
